We dive into the sacred within, and into our own innate wisdom, for a true Soul Journey through the breath that is deeply felt and experienced.

Sometimes we are cosmically called in to radical transformation, sometimes we need to soften in to a space to hold and by held by all that is sacred, sometimes we desire to celebrate and amplify what is soul-aligned, sometimes we are betwixt and between it all, any expression of your divine self is honored here.

Soul Journey Breathwork + Energy Medicine

We will gather in sacred ceremonial space, share Divine wisdom insights, share what is alive on our hearts from a space of wholeness and alchemy, and experience an inward journey guided by the breath and curated soul-songs.

The Breathwork is a three-part rhythmic breath that allows us to access extra-ordinary states of consciousness. This is an activated journey that shifts the brain chemistry to "get the thinking mind out of the way" and truly experience your infinite self and inner wisdom… as it supports a deep REmembering of who we really are. Through this shifted state and increased awareness, we can experience greater wholeness, crystal clarity, deeply therapeutic transformation, rapid healing, personal empowerment, and boundless self-exploration.

We receive insights and nudges from the lunar & seasonal cycles, archetypes, and the energies that arise to support our alchemical time together and illuminate deeper layers of our experiences. This is a space for reflecting on what is being alchemized through us, allowing our soul's truth to rise forth, anchoring into the vibration of our YES, aligning with our own unique medicine, cultivating deepened connections with the divine within, and remembering that we are infinitely supported both in the seen and the unseen. We create a sacred container for nourishing our hearts with the heart of circle and receiving energy medicine to support the ever-unfoldment of our journeys.

This circle will meet you where you are, and the breathwork journey will guide you to exactly the threads of Wisdom, Insight, Guidance, and Healing you are meant to experience.

Re-Presence into & Re-Member the infinite inner wellspring of Wisdom;

Connect with guides, ancestors, your inner medicine keeper, and clear insights that are soul-inspired, tangibly accessed, and deeply felt.

We also celebrate our humanity here. We show up in the divine perfection of who we are in every single moment, knowing that the path we walk is not a linear one. We ebb, we flow, we spiral, we get real, we are real. We dive in to truth, raw vulnerability, challenge, shadow, and healing. We also dive in to how infinite, boundless, expansive, and seriously magical we are.

LOCATION: Held at a private Home Sanctuary in Horse Shoe, NC. 35 minutes South of the heart of downtown Asheville. To estimate distance, enter “Horse Shoe” into GPS. The sacred space is just 2 minutes from that point. Detailed directions shared via email with registrants 48 hours before circle.
